About the project
Architected and developed a full-featured Talent Management platform for a SaaS HR technology company. It lets HR leaders and executives run structured employee performance assessments using the industry-standard 9-Box Grid methodology. It supports complete CRUD operations, role-based access control across Admin, Executive, and Manager roles, real-time multi-dimensional filtering, and a fully responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile. The platform handles assessments for over 1,000 employees with complex workflows including draft saving, inline editing, calibration reviews, and rich-text evidence documentation.

Our approach
Designed a centralized React Context with useReducer for complex state management including filter persistence and optimistic UI updates
Developed custom React hooks with TanStack Query for data fetching, caching, mutations, and cache invalidation strategies
Built enterprise-grade tables with server-side pagination, expandable details, inline editing, and custom cell renderers
