Org Hub & Team Hub Analytics Dashboards

Project Overview

Architected and developed a suite of enterprise analytics dashboards from the ground up for a SaaS HR platform. The Org Hub provides C-suite executives with organization-wide visibility across 10+ data domains, while the Team Hub gives managers focused insights into their direct reports. The dashboards feature interactive data visualizations, AI-powered Company Pulse insights with real-time generation status polling, and comprehensive objective and meeting health tracking. Built with a modular, scalable architecture enabling code reuse across both hub views.

Challenges

• Aggregating data from 10+ API endpoints with different response formats into a unified interface

• Designing flexible lookback period systems supporting historical views with cached query keys

• Implementing AI-powered Company Pulse features with real-time generation status polling and user feedback loops

Solutions

• Custom React hooks for data fetching, caching, and state synchronization for predictable cache invalidation

• Interactive data visualizations including area charts, radial gauge charts for health scores, and doughnut charts for OKR distribution

• A modular Compound Component architecture enabling code reuse across hub views
